I would be interested to read a rant on how gluten-free mixes suck, if you happen to have such a rant lying around.
My reason for trying gluten-free baking is that my mother can't eat gluten any more. This means gluten-free dishes will be special projects for me rather than every-day cooking, so I'm looking for a readymade mix rather than a collection of flours.
