Most suck because they're grainy and/or contain things like rice, bean, and soy flour. I'd love to see a company come out with something better sooner or later, but I'm not holding my breath, mostly because it seems that most of the people running these companies didn't bake since they were young, and/or lack a culinary education or time in the food industry.
